A pathway can include badges and certificates as steps. When you've earned one, its card in the pathway shows a Claim button.
Finish the content steps above the reward, then open the pathway and select Claim on the reward card.
Claim a reward
Open the pathway and find the badge or certificate step. Until you've completed every content step above it, the card shows Reward Locked. Hover over it to see Complete all the content above to unlock this reward.
Complete every content step above the reward. Sections and other rewards don't count.
Refresh the pathway. The reward card changes to Claim.
Note: Rewards are checked when the pathway opens, so the card stays locked until you refresh or reopen it.
Select Claim.
The button changes to Claimed, and the reward is listed in My Profile › Achievements.
Good to know
The reward is issued when you open the pathway after meeting the condition, not when you select Claim. It's already in your achievements before you claim it.
A reward placed before any content is earned the first time you open the pathway, so you'll see Claim straight away.
