The Rewards page lists every badge and certificate on a published course or pathway, what earns each one and how many people have earned it.
Before you start
You need Admin, Manager or Contributor access. Admins can open any content. Managers and Contributors see content they created, collaborate on or verify.
Drafts don't have a Rewards page. Publish the content first.
Open the Rewards page
In the sidebar, select Manage › Learning.
Select the course or pathway's name. Its overview opens in a new tab.
In the Rewards section, select View All Rewards. The section only appears once the content has at least one reward.
Read the list
Achieved Through: what earns it.
Courses: Course Completion or Lesson Completion. Select Lesson Completion to see which lessons count. See See which lessons earn a course reward.
Pathways: Pathway Started, Milestone Completed or Pathway Completed, depending on where the reward sits in the pathway.
Achievers: select the count for a quick list of who has it, or the reward's name for the full list. See See who has earned a reward and export the list.
Preview or assign a reward
Hover over a reward and select ...:
Preview shows the design, the description and how it's earned, for example "Learners earn this by completing the selected lessons in Answering Customer Phone Calls".
Assign Reward gives a course reward to people straight away. See Give a badge or certificate to someone manually.
Good to know
Assign Reward only appears on course badges and certificates, for the course's author and collaborators, and only while someone assigned to the course doesn't have it yet.
