Change a badge or certificate in a pathway, or take it out. You need to be the pathway's author or a collaborator.

Edit a reward

  1. Open the pathway in the editor and hover over the reward. If it's published, open it and select Edit first.

  2. Select the pencil icon.

  3. In Edit Reward, make your changes and select Save Changes.

The reward step shows the new details straight away.

What you can change depends on whether the pathway has ever been published:

Locked fields show "You cannot edit this on a published Pathway". To use a different design or a different Credly badge, add a new reward and remove the old one. See I can't change my badge or certificate.

Remove a reward

Warning

Check who has earned the reward before you remove it: removing it deletes the badge or certificate itself, so people who earned it are likely to lose it too. See See who has earned a reward and export the list.

  1. In the pathway editor, hover over the reward and select the bin icon.

  2. In Remove Step?, select Yes, Proceed.

The reward is removed from the pathway straight away, and you can't undo this.
