An overview of the Skills sub-page.

Each skill on your profile has its own page. Use it to check how your level has changed, who has reviewed you, and what to learn next.

Open a skill

  1. In the sidebar, select Grow.

  2. Select the skill's row.

The skill page opens with your Skill Level next to the skill's name, and where the skill came from underneath (for example Added by you). To move to another of your skills, select the skill name at the top of the page and pick one from the list.

A skill page with the skill switcher, Skill Summary chart and review cards

What the page tells you

  • Skill Summary charts your average level from all your reviews over time. If the skill has a target, the target level is shown on the chart too.

  • Self Review, Manager Reviews and Peer Reviews show the latest level and number of reviews from each group. Select View on a card to see each review, who gave it and their level.

  • Suggested Learning lists content linked to this skill.

  • Suggested Experts lists colleagues who have this skill, so you can email them or, if your workspace uses Slack, message them there.

  • Continue Learning lists content for this skill that you've started but not finished.

To rate yourself or ask someone else to rate you, use Review Skill or Request Review at the top of the page.

Good to know

  • Target role skills only get a page once you've rated them. Rows in the Target view on Grow don't open a page, so use the skill list at the top of any skill page instead.

  • Suggested Experts only appears if your workspace has expert search turned on.

  • If you don't see Review Skill, Request Review or the review cards, your organisation manages skills for you. Ask your admin.
