Skills Activity records every change to your skills: skills added or removed, reviews, level changes and focus changes. Use it to check what changed, when, and who changed it.

On Grow, select View All next to Skills Activity to see every change to your skills, newest first, and filter by skill or by who made the change.

See your activity

  1. In the sidebar, select Grow. The Skills Activity panel on the right shows your four most recent changes.

  2. Select View All to open the full history. Entries are grouped by day, newest first.

  3. To narrow it down, select the filter button below the heading, then choose:

    • Skills to show changes to particular skills only.

    • Updated By to show changes made by particular people, for example your manager.

The Skills Activity panel with the Skills and Updated By filter options

  4. Pick the skills or people you want, then select Filter. To remove the filter, select Clear.

The list now shows only the matching entries.

What the entries mean

Entry

What happened

"You have added a new skill: Communication."

You added the skill to your profile.

"Self-review for Time Management updated to Level 2."

You rated yourself.

"Sam Lee reviewed your Time Management: Level 4."

Someone else reviewed you.

"Average level for Time Management updated to 3."

Your overall level changed because of a review.

"You added Active Listening to your Focus Skills."

You made it a focus skill. Removing one shows "You removed … from your Focus Skills."

Good to know

  • A review and the level change it causes appear as two separate entries, so one review often adds two lines.

  • Removing a skill also appears here, as "You removed … from your skill set."
