Ask a manager or colleague to rate you on a skill. Their rating is averaged with your own to give a more rounded view of your level.
On Grow, select ⋯ on the skill, then Request Review, add your reviewers and select Send Request; each reviewer gets an email, a notification and an Inbox task.
Request a Review
In the sidebar, select Grow.
Select ⋯ on the skill, then Request Review. You can also open the skill and select Request Review at the top of the page.
Under Reviewers, type a name and select the person. Add as many people as you need.
Note: Only people with Admin, Manager or Contributor access appear, and you can't pick yourself. Colleagues with Read Only access can't submit Reviews.
Select Send Request.
Remember❗: Each reviewer gets a notification and a Skill Review task in their Inbox straight away, plus an email ("Your name requested a review for their skill skill.") with a Give Review button.
You'll see Review request sent. When a reviewer submits, you get a notification ("Review for skill received from name.") and an email ("Reviewer reviewed your skill: Level N.") with a View Review button, and your skill level updates.
