A Guru is an AI coach built around one topic, such as handling customer complaints. Gurus you've been assigned are listed in your sidebar.
Open a Guru
Expand Gurus in the sidebar and select the Guru's name. Only published Gurus you've been assigned to appear there.
The Guru opens full-page, without the sidebar, and you can carry on from your last conversation. To leave, select the back arrow at the top left, which takes you to Home.
Gurus you've opened recently also appear under Recents in the sidebar. Selecting one there opens the Guru in a new tab.
You can also open a Guru from the assignment email by selecting Start Learning. The email is only sent if the person who assigned the Guru chose to send one, and only if you get email notifications.
Good to know
Only published Gurus you're assigned to are listed. A Guru that's still a draft doesn't appear, even if you've been added to it.
If you create a Guru, you're assigned to it automatically, so it appears in your own list.
Empty list? You'll see "No gurus yet." If you have Read Only access and no Gurus, the Gurus section is hidden altogether.
Names gain "Guru" in messages. If a Guru's name doesn't already include "Guru", notifications and emails add it. For example, "Store Opening" becomes "Store Opening Guru".
Removed from a Guru? If you'd already chatted with it, it stays in your list. You can read your past chat but can't send new messages.
