How Guru remembers your conversation

Keep topics going, days or weeks later, so your skill-growth journey stays consistent throughout the quarter or year.

Each Guru keeps one continuous conversation with you. When you come back, it reopens where you left off, so you can pick up a topic days later without repeating yourself.

You have one continuous conversation with each Guru. It reopens where you left off, on any computer, and the Guru uses your earlier activity to tailor its suggestions.

How it works

  • One conversation per Guru. There are no separate chats or sessions to choose from. Everything you do with a Guru, including quizzes, role-plays, deep dives and skill reviews, stays in that one conversation.

  • t's saved to your account, not your browser. Open the Guru on another computer or browser and you see the same conversation.

  • Older messages load as you scroll up. The most recent messages appear first. Scroll up to load earlier ones, 50 at a time.

  • The Guru uses your earlier activity. It looks at your quiz results, role-play feedback and skill review ratings to choose what to suggest next. For example, if you struggled to calm an upset customer in a role-play, it may suggest a deep dive on handling complaints, and it won't suggest the same quiz on a topic you've just finished.

  • Very long conversations have a limit. Eventually the Guru stops taking the oldest parts into account. You can still read those messages.

What isn't shared

  • Gurus don't share conversations. What you discuss with one Guru isn't known to another.

  • Voice conversations aren't used in the chat. A voice session adds a summary card to your chat for you to read, but the Guru doesn't use it when you go back to typing.

Starting again

For a fresh start, clear your chat. This deletes the whole conversation and can't be undone, but skill ratings already saved to your profile are kept.
