Track learner progress on a pathway

S
Written by Sunil Sharma

Once a pathway is published, you can see how far each learner has got from the pathway itself.

Before you start

The progress tools on the pathway page are only for its author and collaborators. Other Admins, Managers and Contributors can use Manage › Learning instead.

See everyone's progress

  1. Open the published pathway.

  2. Select the chart icon (View Pathway Insights) at the top of the page.

The View Pathway Insights icon at the top of a published pathway, next to Edit

The pathway's Learning Activity page opens, with overall engagement and completion rates and a row for each learner showing their status, progress, time spent, completion date and due date.

See who's assigned

Select the circle of avatars at the top of the published pathway. Assigned Users lists everyone assigned right now, and you can search it.

See progress on one step

Hover over a step and select the chart icon at its bottom-right corner. A panel shows how many learners are Not started, In progress and Completed on that step, and who they are.

Good to know

  • Due dates come from the pathway deadline. A period deadline counts from each learner's assignment date.

  • Progress updates in the background. After you add or remove steps, percentages can take a little while to catch up.
