Rename a Space's tabs, change their order, or hide the ones the Space doesn't use. For example, rename Events to Sessions, or hide Path if the Space has no shared learning path.
Before you start
You need to be an owner or moderator of the Space.
Change the tabs
Open the Space and select the cog (Edit Space settings) in the Space header.
Select Tabs.
Make your changes:
Reorder: drag a tab by the handle on its left. The top tab is the one the Space opens on.
Rename: select the tab's name, type a new one (up to 20 characters) and press Enter. Two tabs can't share a name.
Hide: switch a tab off. The last tab that's on can't be switched off.
Select Save Changes.
You'll see Space updated successfully, and the Space's tabs change straight away for everyone.
Good to know
Hidden tabs can't be reached at all. Members don't see them, and a link to a hidden tab opens the Space's first tab instead.
Hiding a tab keeps its content. Switch it back on and its resources, path or events return as they were.
New Spaces start with all four tabs on, in the order Feed, Resources, Path, Events.
