Remove the link between HowNow and an app you've connected, such as Google Drive or Outlook Calendar. You can reconnect it at any time.
Disconnect an app
Select your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Settings › Your Apps.
Select the Connected tab.
Select Disconnect next to the app.
Remember: Google Drive and Google Calendar share one Google sign-in, so disconnecting either one disconnects both, even though the confirmation names only one. Reconnect the other afterwards if you still want it.
In Disconnect [app]?, select Disconnect.
You see [app] disconnected, and the app moves back to Available to connect.
What changes
File apps (Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, Dropbox, Confluence, Notion, Zendesk): their files stop appearing under Files in search.
Calendars: new bookings, changes and cancellations stop syncing to your calendar.
Good to know
The HowNow Chrome Extension isn't removed here. It never appears on Connected. To remove it, uninstall it from Chrome.
If an app shows a connection problem, disconnecting and connecting again usually fixes it.
