Check under the hood to see an overview of how everything is performing at a glance.

To view your Dashboard, click on your Profile picture and select Dashboard, or choose it from the Homepage side panel.

HowNow Lingo reminder 😁: The view accessible for Admins, Managers and Contributors (where you'll see insights, User information, Tasks, Studio, etc., is often referred to as your Dashboard. This view, is not to be confused with any reference to the Dashboard page itself (this singular page that gives you an overview).

On the Dashboard page, you'll see the following four summary cards:

Active Users

The number of Users who have logged in at least once.

Average Time Spent Learning

The Average time spent learning for the previous week.

Content Shared

The number of content pieces shared on your workspace.

Budget Spent**

The total amount of Budget spent across your workspace.

Note ✨: **The Budget Spent summary card allows you to view the amount for all currencies, used across your organisation. So, if there are budgets in both GBP and USD, click the desired currency on the card to view its total.

The following sections will allow you to take action, or review information:

  • Tasks - you can verify any pending tasks instantly from here:

    • Learning Budget requests

    • Verifying content

    • Marking of Assessments

    • Reviewing Skills

πŸ” It's important to remember: Whenever a User is Deactivated or Unassigned from content, all of their learning progress will be frozen, even if content is amended and settings are changed.

Only once the User is Reactivated or Reassigned, will the data reset to match the current settings of the content.

For Assessments, the option to mark will be removed for Unassigned Users.

  • Content - view the learning data for content that you are an Author or Collaborator of, by clicking on the name, to be taken to the Content Sub-page for that material.

  • Recent Activity - Admins (for all Users) and Manager (for Users they share Groups with) can see what the latest activity - in seconds or minutes - has been around the workspace. This records for the web app only, and doesn't include mobile or Browser Extension activity.

Note✨: Where Users within a Group, are both Managers in the Group, then they will still be able to see each other's recent activity. Managers' recent activity isn't hidden from each other.

  • Skills - get a snapshot of the Skill Level of the most commonly held Skills across your organisation (Admins), or held by Users in your Group (for Managers).

  • Requests - see a list of the latest learning requests, from Users: who requested it? What is the cost? Does it need to be discussed with the senior Budget Owner first?
