The Team page shows how the people who report to you are getting on with their learning, skills and mandatory training.
Before you start
You need at least one person whose Reports To is you. If Team isn't under Manage in your sidebar, see I don't see the Team page.
See how your team is doing
In the sidebar, select Manage › Team. It opens on People, which lists your direct reports with the skills on their profiles.
Select a tab:
Learning: each item assigned to your team, with how many of them have it and the Completion Rate.
Skills: one card per skill, showing how many people are at each level from L1 to L5.
Mandatory: the same view as Learning, for mandatory training only.
Select an item on Learning or Mandatory to see each team member's status and progress on it. To nudge everyone who hasn't finished it, select Send Reminder.
Note: Send Reminder goes to every team member listed who hasn't completed the item, not just one person.
To focus on one person, select them on People. Their page has the same Learning, Skills and Mandatory tabs, for that person only.
See a direct report's team
If any of your direct reports manage people, you can view their team too.
Select Indirect Reports next to your team's name. Only direct reports who have reports of their own are listed, with how many people report to them.
Select a person. The page switches to "
's team" with the same tabs.
To get back, select your own team in the breadcrumb at the top of the page.
Good to know
You can only go one level down. You can open your direct reports' teams, but not the teams of the people below them.
Export CSV (the download icon) emails you a link to a CSV of the tab you're on, rather than downloading it straight away.
Actions lets you assign learning to your team, add skills or log learning on their behalf. On a direct report's team, these apply to that team. You only see the options your access level allows.
