Track assigned learning across your organisation

Written by Sunil Sharma

Manage › Learning lists the published learning you're responsible for or your people are assigned, so you can check how it's going.

Before you start

You need Admin, Manager or Contributor access. People with Read Only access don't have Manage › Learning, even if others report to them.

Find a piece of learning and check its progress

  1. In the sidebar, select Manage › Learning.

  2. Choose the tab for the people you want to check. Each tab is explained in Which tabs you see.

  3. Find the item. To narrow the list, select Add filter, for example by Type or Author.

  4. Check Active Learners. On My Groups and My Team, select View Learners to see which of your people are assigned.

  5. Select the item's name. Its overview opens in a new browser tab, showing how many people are enrolled and have completed it.

Which tabs you see

If you only have one tab, there's no tab bar.

Tab

Who gets it

What it lists

My Organisation

Admins

All published learning in your workspace, plus all logged learning

My Learning

Managers and Contributors

Content you created, collaborate on or verify

My Groups

Admins and Managers who have the Manager role in at least one group

Learning that at least one member of your groups is assigned, plus learning logged for them

My Team

Admins, Managers and Contributors with direct reports

Learning that at least one of your reports (or their reports) is assigned

For example, a store manager with a team and no groups sees My Learning and My Team. My Team shows everything their team has been given, whoever created it.

Good to know

  • Drafts and unpublished content aren't listed, even your own. Find those in Manage › Content.

  • Seeing an item doesn't mean you can change it. Its ... menu depends on your rights on that content. For example, only its author, collaborators and Admins can assign more people to it.
