Remove content that's out of date or off-topic so the Guru stops using it in answers, for example last year's refunds policy after you upload the new one.
Before you start
You can only change the knowledge base of a Guru you created.
Remove one item
Open your Guru in the editor. For a published Guru, expand Gurus in the sidebar, select it, then select the three-dot menu › Edit Guru.
On the Knowledge Base card, select Configure.
Under Content Added, select the remove icon (a circle with a minus sign) on the item. If the item is still processing, the icon is a cross and cancels it instead.
The item disappears from the list after a second or two.
Note : On a Guru you haven't published yet, removal is permanent straight away. To get the content back, add it again.
Remove everything
In the Guru editor, go to Knowledge Base › Configure and select Remove All under Content Added.
In the Remove all content? dialog, select Remove All.
Content Added is now empty.
Make it live on a published Guru
Learners keep getting answers from the removed content until you select Save Changes at the top of the editor. If you leave or refresh without saving, the removed items come back, even after Remove All.
Good to know
Old deep dives may still list removed content as a source. Opening it shows "The content is no longer part of this Guru."
Removing a course from the Guru doesn't affect the course itself. It stays in your workspace for learners as before.
