Some course rewards are earned by completing chosen lessons rather than the whole course. Check which lessons count when a learner asks why they haven't got a badge yet.
Before you start
You need Admin, Manager or Contributor access to the course in Manage › Learning.
See the lessons
In the sidebar, select Manage › Learning and select the course's name.
In the Rewards section of the overview, select View All Rewards.
In the Achieved Through column, select Lesson Completion next to the reward.
The Achieved Through panel opens with "Completing the following lessons earns the [reward name] reward", followed by the lessons.
Good to know
Rewards marked Course Completion have no lesson list. Learners earn them by completing the whole course.
If a lesson in the rule has since been deleted, it's still listed here with a Deleted label.
Once the course has been published, you can't change which lessons count. See I can't change my badge or certificate.
