- Add a badge or certificate to a courseIn the course builder, go to Release & Deadline, turn on Rewards, select Add Reward, then choose a badge or certificate and whether the whole course or chosen lessons earn…
- Add a badge, certificate or Credly badge to a pathwayIn the pathway editor, select Add Step where learners should earn the reward, choose Add Rewards, then pick the type and add the details.
- Edit or remove a pathway rewardIn the pathway editor, hover over the reward and select the pencil to edit it or the bin to remove it; once published, only its name and description can change.
- See the rewards attached to a course or pathwayIn Manage › Learning, open the course or pathway and select View All Rewards to see each badge and certificate, what earns it and how many people have it.
- See who has earned a reward and export the listOn the content's Rewards page, select the reward's name to see everyone who has earned it, filter the list, then tick people and select Export CSV to get it by…
- See which lessons earn a course rewardOn the course's Rewards page, select Lesson Completion next to the reward to see the lessons learners must complete to earn it.
- Give a badge or certificate to someone manuallyOn the course's Rewards page, select ... › Assign Reward next to the reward, tick the people and confirm. They get it straight away and are told about it.
